Arturo Álvarez He is one of the founders and the core engine of the company bearing his name. Along his career he has been able to bring together hundreds of persons. The Bety model is placed in the Museum of Decorative Arts in Barcelona. In 2008 he won the prestigious "Good Design" award for the design Gea and, in 2009, for Fluo. Keeps on exploring the possibilities of weaving with different materials and recreates ancient flavours. The fabric gets oluptuousness and delicacy. Arturo Álvarez in the last few years proposed himself to reinterpret the customary use of common everyday materials, removing them from their usual context in order to seek a new purpose. His inspiration comes from the simplicity of life and people, nearby, nature, reflections of his inner world and therefore palpable in his designs.
