Here comes the latest release from the Nine Eagles Factory -- The Solo Pro 180 3D (Model number: 318A). The factory has been developing better and better technology, now not only 4CH helicopters, this new model applies the 6CH 3D flight technology with the flybarless structure. To take away the flybar from a helicopter is not an easy job. This needs high technology, it requires sensitive electronics to detect the motion and make adjustment to balance the helicopter body. Yes, in this Solo Pro 180, there is a 3-Axis Gyro, which works with micro servos and high performance brushless main motor. The collective pitch flybarless rotor head changes blade pitch responds quickly to your throttle input. All these work together, makes it possible to fly outdoor, though it is small in size when comparing other out door helis. The 3-Axis Gyro compensates the heli drifting problem and helps a lot on stablizing the helicopter. At the same time , the brushless main moto gives high RPM for the rotor head, this also help the heli to cope with gentle wind outdoor. What exactly the 3-Axis Gyro do? 3-Axis Gyro means it can sense X, Y and Z axis moments, that means body leaning forward / backward, body rolling left / right, tail drifting CW / CWW, it will constantly monitoring any off-balance in all directions, then it will give signals to all CCPM servos and Rudder servo to balance the helicopter, it works constantly and unless you have the helicopter drifts to much, you will not even notice the system exists, please take a look at the following picture.
