Martha Stewart Weather Crackle Effect 6 oz.: Martha Stewart Effect by Plaid is a line of textured finishes that can be painted or brushed on to your project. Weather Crackle 6oz- Apply to painted surface using a soft bristle brush and smooth even strokes. When dry, apply contrasting color as top coat (necessary to show cracking). Cracking shows when paint dries. Waterbased, clean up while wet with soap and water.
