At Haglofs, they have a long and broad experience of developing technical outdoor products, made to meet the challenges of the Scandinavian nature. Now, they've teamed up with ASICS and added their knowledge of high performance running shoes, in order to create the ultimate trail running shoes. Light and durable shoes that adapt to your feet and the terrain while providing great traction on soft ground as well as on rocks. The Haglofs Gram AM GT GORE-TEX Waterproof Trail Running Shoes feature an abundance of technologies that are designed to help you combat the rough and rugged terrain. The outsole of the shoes are made of ASICS AHAR+, a high-abrasion resistance rubber designed for enhanced cushioning and durability, allowing your trainers to last longer. For protection against sharp objects such as rocks and branches, a Rock Protection Plate has been installed on the outsole. The midsole of the shoes feature ASICS's trademark technology, the SoLyte Midsole, constructed from spongy material sitting between the sole and the upper, designed to help improve cushioning, lowering overall weight and decreasing breakdown. Along the heel of the shoe, GEL Cushioning system can be found, a unique cushioning system designed to help attenuate shock during impact and toe-off phases, and allows movement in multiple planes as the foot transitions through the gait cycle. For protection against rain and water, the upper of the shoe features a waterproof construction treatment that shuts down water from entering the shoe to help your feet stay dry in wet conditions. It also features minimal stitching, reducing the possibility of chafing and irritation during longer runs.
